As the primary content expert for Rollcage, Brian has used his extensive knowledge of data center operations in a packaged software environment as the primary business driver behind Rollcage's primary focus areas: Hosting, Upgrades and Application Maintenance (MSP) support in both hosted and remote support models. In addition to the implementation and support experience with PeopleSoft and Microsoft, Brian has worked extensively with development of procedural implementation, upgrade and operational methodologies. The practices and processes developed have been incorporated into our Technology Center infrastructure, our sales processes, project plans, project management, project communication and post-production client support. This insures consistent execution and delivery throughout our operation. Brian is responsible for the application of these disciplines across the Rollcage customer base.

As a Rollcage Principal, Brian maintains a hands-on Senior Project Management role over all project and service engagements, as well as providing CIO/CTO level consulting services for our clients.
